Roger Simpson joined Swann in 2020 as a Technical Advisor, providing advice on the petroleum industry to the EMEA team. He has over 50 years’ experience, with assignments in exploration, production and downstream in 25 countries on five continents in technical, general management and consulting roles for a wide range of oil and oil service companies. Roger has been involved in all aspects of the oil and gas, energy and water value chains, from corporate strategy and government relations to operational delivery.
His industry and subsequent consulting careers have given him a strong background in business strategy, team leadership, organisation development, executive coaching and the design and implementation of change, together with direct personal experience of the strategic and operational issues facing all managers.
